On October 20th, 2025, the Quintal dos Empreendedores (QDELUX) held another remarkable event in its training calendar: the Online Workshop “Communication – The Art of Public Speaking”, led by Michelle Pandora, a communication specialist, TV presenter, and personal branding strategist.
The event, held via Google Meet, brought together entrepreneurs from different Portuguese-speaking countries in a space of learning and exchange focused on a key topic for anyone who wants to grow with authenticity in the business world — communication with impact.
During the workshop, Michelle Pandora emphasized that “your voice is an extension of your presence,” and that learning to communicate with clarity, emotion, and purpose is one of the greatest competitive advantages of a true leader. Through a practical and accessible approach, participants were guided on a journey of self-confidence, expression, and positioning, learning how to transform the way they present themselves in public — whether in meetings, on social media, or on stage.

At the end of the session, the speaker left a message that resonated with everyone present:
“Be yourself. People can tell when your speech is fake. Convey genuine emotion and speak about what you know. Your body language and facial expressions should reflect your message.”
